CCS served as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for the base building renovation of 3701 North Fairfax Drive. The renovation included a new lobby, elevator cabs, conference center, fitness center, restrooms, green roof and substantial mechanical upgrades. Upon completion of the base building renovation, CCS continued to serve as the Landlord’s representative for the 10 story tenant build out.
The base building Project team also included GTM Architects, Structuretone, and Borger Management.
The tenant Project team included ASD, Davis Construction and Borger Management.
